Engaging Sinhalese Buddhist Majoritarianism and Countering Religious Animus in Sri Lanka: Recommendations for the Incoming U.S. Administration

Complaint Against NAZEER MOHOMED alias  Brigadier Suresh Sally  Director of  Intelligence attached to the Sri Lanka Embassy in France.

Dear sir,

NAZEER MOHOMED   (nazeer_1500@yahoo.com), alias  Brigadier Suresh Sally is the  Director of the Intelligence,  attached to the Sri Lanka Embassy in France. Before the current appointment,  he had earlier served as the Intelligence Officer of the same Sri Lanka Embassy.

This individual is engaged in carrying Indirect surveillance of offices in countries like North America (Canada, US) and European Union (Switzerland, France, Germany, UK, Norway)  is carried out inside and out.  He maintains close contact with drivers of important officers. He also uses  the services of workers employed by Embassies.

Many, Sri Lankan Intelligence officers take up residence close proximity to the main Embassy/High Commission staff pretending to be ordinary residents.  Oversees letters sent by the general public to important embassies.

He is keeping surveillance over mail sent to important  Embassies by the general public.

NAZEER MOHOMED MOHOMED has shown Minister Douglas Devananda the letter I wrote to the US Ambassador in Sri Lanka from France informing how on the orders of Devananda, newly-wed Ohio couple Stanley Bryson Allen and Mary Allen was abducted on the night of 10 May 1984 from their home Beach Road, Gurunagar, Jaffna for ransom.

The question is how did Devananda came to intercept the letter I sent under registered cover to the US Embassy?

Director of Intelligence Mohomed is able to apply pressure on me despite the fact I live in France.  If you come forward to hold an investigation,  I will prove it with concrete evidence.

I ask how people in Sri Lanka,  who live in fear without proper security,  will be able to contact your Embassies regarding confidential matters?
